Our philosophy is to do no harm.  We aim to keep bad habits away by using ecological and constraints based coaching techniques.  We also do some of the time consuming things that rec, comp & high school coaches do not have time for in their short seasons.  We coach and play team lacrosse which consists of 1) building a relationship with other players on the team both on & off the field and 2) integrating individual skills within team concepts.
